1. Navigate to www.tclogisticsgroup.com and click the login tab.

2. Click "Reports"

3. Click "Items"

4. Click "View Item"

5. Click the account you would like to generate the report for.

[[Make sure to select "View item with Alias" ]]

7. [[Click the drop-down menu next to "Select Form" and select the file you want to upload. Then click Export.]]
