Shipping Your Orders with TC
How to Create an Order
- Please make sure you set up your login and have access to your account setup in Extensiv.
- For the FTL/LTL order process, you will create the transactions manually.
- We have a few different options for high-volume DTC orders and SPD-FBA orders, such as API integrations, FBA prep software, or order imports. Get in touch if you want to Integrate! 💥

How to Create and Complete an Order in Extensiv 3PL WM
💥Mark as Complete💥
- It should be noted that, for all orders created manually in Extensiv, the moment you click the Mark as complete button, the system alerts us that an order is available for fulfillment. Accidentally clicking Mark as Complete will prevent you from accessing the order to make changes.
- Send us an email with the transaction number in the subject line if you need to get back in and adjust the order.
💥Order Reference💥
We have certain prefix requirements based on the type of order you are shipping. This done so the WMS can generate auto workflows. There are 4 types of prefixes you can place before the reference field: FBA, LTL, FTL,DTC.
- For FBA orders: Use the FBA Shipment ID — (Example: FBA12GHR4538)
- For all other LTL/FTL orders, input LTL or FTL before the the reference— (Example: LTL24JAC)
- For DTC orders: Please input DTC before the the reference—(Example: DTC456123)
🔥Pallet Orders🔥
- Standard lead times for LTL orders orders are generally 1-2 days, while FTL orders are generally 2-3 days, depending on details and instructions on the order (Labeling, repacking, etc.)
- When it is feasible, same-day pickups and urgent orders can be fulfilled upon request.

💫API Integrations:
- If you have daily DTC orders, it is always best to set up an integration to have the orders flow through automatically. If you are interested in setting up an API integration, please shoot us an email!
💫Order Import
- You can map an export of your order data to our order import template. Or simply email us a spreadsheet of the order data each day.

💫Standard Lead Times
- All DTC orders will ship the same day if we receive the orders before 2:00 p.m. (depending on volume and batch intervals). Any last-minute orders that must ship out after the cutoff time are by request only and not guaranteed.
🔥FBA Orders🔥

- If you are shipping FBA orders via UPS and you need the box contents and configurations in order to create FBA labels, please let us know in the warehouse instructions when creating the order manually through Extensiv. We will email you with a breakdown of the shipment on a spreadsheet.
