Las Vegas: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Pennsylvania: Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-3pm

• While general warehouse operations may extend later, shipping and receiving hours on the dock for large shipments have a specific cut-off time. This ensures we meet specific targets in terms of speed and resource allocation.
• We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so long as your product is palletized. Floor-loaded containers are by appointment only. See more below.

Floor Loaded Containers ✅

Floor Loaded Containers are our specialty! We receive them by appointment only. Please have the respective party notify warehouse@tclogisticsgroup.com or vegas@tclogisticsgroup.com as soon as the container arrives to the port.

Note the following:

• We like to think we deliver top notch service in terms of speed on the unload process. 🙂
• We do not like to guarantee an exact unload time as certain factors such as overall SKU and carton count play a key role in determining speed. We can provide an estimate.
• Nobody likes additional fee's. 🙁That's why we do our best to make sure we do everything we can to eliminate them but we have no control over additional charges imposed by the drayage provider you are working with.
