How to Create and Complete an Order in Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager

1. Navigate to https://app.extensiv.com/3pl-warehouse-manager

2. Click "Orders"

3. Click "Create Order"

4. Select your Account and Warehouse.

5. Please insert reference # for the order. If it is an FBA order, use the FBA#. For DTC orders, please input "DTC-" before the reference. For all other orders, just enter the reference #. Click Save.

6. Please fill in the ship to destination. Only fields with an asterisk are required. You will not be able to attach documents, save the order or mark as complete if you do not fill out the asterisk fields. Scroll down to start adding your product.

7. Click "Add"

8. Click "Select a SKU"

9. Input the quantity you are shipping to the destination. Please note that you should input total UNITS here not Cartons. As you can see next to "Quantity" for this SKU; the Client tracks it by the Unit. Please double check you have input the proper quantity based on the item setup. It is always best to run a detailed stock status before entering your quantities.

10. Click "Add" and repeat this process until you have selected all the units on your order. Scroll down to the warehouse instructions section.

11. In this section please let us know what you need done to the order. There is no limit to the amount of characters you can put in this section. Feel free to be as detailed as possible.

12. Click "Save"

13. Please scroll back to the top and attach any relevant documents to the order (Asins, FBA labels, Shipping labels, Pallet labels, BOL, etc.) Please note you can also upload a doc or spreadsheet that has detailed instructions for the order.

14. This is the most important step of the process. Once you hit this button, we are notified that there is an order to fulfill. Please note you will not be able to edit the order once you "Mark as Complete", so please double check that you entered everything correctly before Marking as Complete.
